La Table de Forges sur Forges-Les-Eaux

I discovered the brunch at the Forges-les-Eaux hotel a few weeks ago and was absolutely delighted. Everything was excellent, so much so that I highly recommended it to my friends and family. This time, there were six of us who wanted to come on Sunday. When I called to make a reservation, I unfortunately learned that the restaurant was reserved exclusively for the hotel that day. I completely understand that private events can happen, but I was really disappointed, as the brunch is advertised every Sunday and is open to everyone. It would be helpful if the dates for private events were announced in advance. It's all the more unfortunate because I enjoyed the brunch so much that I inspired five other people to try it. I hope these private events remain exceptional and that we can enjoy this wonderful brunch again soon. 😊

We came to eat as a family and had a wonderful time. The meal was delicious and the atmosphere pleasant. Thank you to Awa for her warm welcome; we will gladly return.

I come every year, and this time I came on Friday, June 19th, from the Paris region. There wasn't much choice at the buffet compared to all the other times I've been. Otherwise, the place is very nice. And for karaoke fans, it's on every Friday.

A very good restaurant that we enjoy visiting during our stays at the Forges Hotel. The staff is very pleasant. The dishes are delicious and there's a wide selection; there's something for everyone.

Disappointing. We celebrated our civil wedding there yesterday but were unfortunately very disappointed. The dishes lacked flavor and were more than ordinary; they arrived cold, and there was no option to prepare the fish... The vegetarian option was a Caesar salad without chicken, which was basically just lettuce and tomatoes... For the price of a regular meal! Luckily, the setting is lovely, and the desserts allowed us to finish on a high note, which improved my rating. The value for money needs serious improvement, especially when there's no buffet!

A quick stop on the way, a spontaneous decision, and voilà, a lovely discovery! Note that it's a buffet, and a high-quality one at that. The set menu is €35 excluding drinks. The view is relaxing. Indeed, the buffet is truly excellent.

This was our second time dining here! And my husband and I are just as thrilled as ever! An amazing selection, fresh and beautifully prepared food, a lovely atmosphere with soft music, and top-notch service! A stroll in the park is also a nice touch. We'll definitely be back! It's best to book in advance, as we missed out twice.

A good place for an all-you-can-eat buffet dinner for 35 euros. The starters are very varied and delicious. There are fewer choices for the main course, and the meat can be cold. If you can reserve a table near the bay window overlooking the lake, it's preferable, as the large, low-ceilinged room has a bit of a cafeteria feel.

Excellent experience. Refined, varied, and delicious cuisine. Pleasant staff, except for the receptionist who was a bit cold.
