The promise of a selection of fresh produce is definitely fulfilled on the plate. I greatly appreciated the originality of the expertly and delicately nuanced flavors in each dish. I would gladly return with my loved ones. Keep up the good work! Note to the complainers: go stuff yourselves at McDonald's, which is better suited to the refinement of your palate.

I had reserved a table for myself and two other people. The evening started a little noisy, but it quickly calmed down! The servers were all equally pleasant. We ate as we pleased, and even the dessert that had caught our eye disappeared, just like the rest of the dishes! Thank you for your warm welcome and kindness; we will be back soon!

The crenellations, turrets, and architecture of this restaurant were a constant presence throughout my childhood, as I passed by it morning and evening on my way to school. For nearly forty years, I was intrigued by this place without ever taking the time to explore it. Today, after three visits, my opinion is more nuanced than it was on my first visit. The setting remains exceptional: the 1851 Neo-Tudor architecture, the exposed stonework, and the various rooms give the place a unique charm. The food is good, the portions are generous, and the deliberately limited menu suggests fresh ingredients and careful preparation. The wine selection is also original and deserves to be highlighted. Unfortunately, the experience is marred by an often very noisy atmosphere, hardly conducive to a pleasant evening. Above all, on my most recent visits, the staff seemed rather cold and sometimes unwelcoming, giving more the impression of being tolerated than truly appreciated. Therefore, I recommend this establishment for its unusual setting and quality cuisine, but the welcome and atmosphere could be improved to live up to the place.

A wonderful experience, truly a magical place, but it was very hot today and the magnificent asparagus menu had just been replaced...what a shame! However, everything else was perfect: the setting, the food, the service, the friendliness. We will be back! A lovely place to discover and a real treat in the Guebwiller valley, which is full of excellent restaurants.
