A warm and friendly welcome without being intrusive. Delicious, homemade cuisine prepared fresh on the spot. We were seated on the terrace, but the interior is fabulous and original: practically every element has a story and history; it's truly unique. The conversations with the waiter and his assistant were genuinely warm and human. If you appreciate authenticity and not the superficial (often found in tourist areas), "La Table de l'Open" is the place to go. You'll leave happy and full of positivity, not to mention with your taste buds satisfied.

High-quality products prepared with finesse. Everything is homemade. Quality Roquefort cheese (not Bleu d'Auvergne) in the mussels and fries. Best burger and fries on the coast. Pure bliss and serenity.

A wonderful experience at La Table de l’Open! The setting is lovely, the welcome warm, and the service friendly and attentive. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. A convivial place where you can have a great time with family or friends. We will gladly return!

A wonderful discovery! Original cocktails, crafted with fresh ingredients, and above all, a very friendly, passionate, and welcoming owner. An excellent spot in Moliets that I highly recommend!

We were there after the peak season (early September), so it was relatively quiet. The service was very friendly and attentive, even though they were working alone, which led to a brief bottleneck when 10 people showed up and ordered at once. Since we were on vacation, though, we weren't in a hurry. The mussels were delicious, as was the salad with goat cheese – fresh and high quality. For dessert, we had the Café Gourmand with four different desserts. Fresh and well-made. So we definitely can't understand some of the negative reviews.

We had a fantastic dinner, delicious modules, a very good burger... a great choice. The waiter goes out of his way to make sure we're comfortable.

The service and atmosphere were very average. However, the meal was decent. The waiters' attire left much to be desired!

Excellent place. Top value for money. The mussels with Roquefort cheese were simply perfect.

A very disappointing experience. The wait was long, both to be seated and for our cocktails and food. The service was sluggish and disorganized: a waiter was smoking behind the bar while customers waited, and we weren't asked how we wanted our meat cooked until 20 minutes after we ordered. Furthermore, the dishes were dirty, and I received items I hadn't ordered (shrimp instead of fried smelt). It's a shame, because the food was good, and the tapas and burger were excellent. Unfortunately, this wasn't enough to compensate for the numerous service problems.
