A truly wonderful place! Excellent lobster menu 🦞, served in the charming setting of a beautiful Provençal farmhouse. A very good selection of wines and drinks. And above all, professional, warm, and attentive service. We had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this place!

What a delightful surprise La Table de Sorgues was, housed in a stunning building with a lovely terrace. Let's be honest: you don't necessarily come to Sorgues just to visit the town… But you can certainly come to eat here! In the dining room, Stéphanie. In the kitchen, her husband. This couple, originally from Alsace, takes us on a culinary journey, where Mediterranean flavors blend with remarkable expertise. From the amuse-bouches to dessert, everything is thoughtfully planned, precise, and perfectly executed. The portions are just right, the dishes are beautiful, and above all, you can sense a real attention to detail in the ingredients and their combinations. One small drawback, to be perfectly honest: the tuna starter seemed a little weaker than the rest of the meal. I would have liked more character, a higher-quality tuna, or perhaps a local fish that would have further connected the dish to its surroundings. But that's really the only minor adjustment I would mention. Because for the rest… what a feast! The grilled pork loin, with a twist of peach and watermelon, chosen by my friend, was absolutely perfect. Then the dishes kept coming, each with textures, colors, and flavors that worked wonderfully together. The tomato carpaccio was exceptional, with an incredible taste. It complemented both the seared monkfish and the octopus perfectly: it was expertly prepared, precise, and incredibly delicious. The tuna, seared to perfection, was also a delight, as was the impeccable veal. And because it would have been a shame to stop there, we naturally ordered the cheese course. A very fine selection, perfectly chosen. Then came dessert… And that’s often where restaurants can lose points. Not here! The chocolate-peanut brownie with homemade amaretto ice cream was fantastic. And on the other side, homemade verbena ice cream and roasted apricot: a truly delightful end to the meal. Special mention must also go to the tarragon ratatouille. Each vegetable is perfectly balanced, each flavor finding its place. It's deceptively simple, but incredibly well executed. And then there's the wine. The wine list is particularly well-curated, with a strong emphasis on local producers. We tasted several wines by the glass, and each time, Stéphanie took the time to explain the winemaker, the terroir, and what makes the bottle unique. Châteauneuf-du-Pape white or red, Côtes-du-Rhône Villages… A discerning, high-quality selection, and above all, perfectly paired with the dishes. But beyond the food, there's also the warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Stéphanie, who was passionate and generous with her explanations. La Table de Sorgues is ultimately the result of a meeting between two Alsatians and a cuisine with southern influences, which they now master perfectly. An address I wholeheartedly recommend. And I advise you to go now… before they get a Michelin star! The tasting menu is €65, excellent value for money! The menu is available online and therefore accessible to everyone—kudos for that.

What a wonderful restaurant! The owners are so kind and welcoming. And the food was a true feast for the eyes and the stomach. Thank you so much, and see you soon.

We were seated right away when we got there and decided to sit out on the gorgeous patio. I started with the 'Pinky Fizzy Lady' (so good!), and my husband had a glass of wine. We went with the prix fixe menu, and honestly, every course from start to finish was incredible. We’ve eaten at top spots in New York, D.C., Austin, London, and Spain, and the food , service & ambience sits right up there with those. The real standout for me, though, was that I’m a vegetarian, and the chef actually came out to my table to make the whole menu vegetarian-friendly for me—and the taste was still outstanding. I guess that’s why it’s called “ culinary art”. I would say it was Michelin level food without breaking the bank.

Excellent restaurant, refined and original cuisine. Perfect service and a wonderful atmosphere. The price is totally reasonable for the quality! We ate for two (starter, main course, dessert) for €102, and we'll definitely be back for the autumn menu!
