Passing through this village with friends, we made a wonderful discovery. The waiter was patient with our table of eight. The food was perfect and the value for money excellent. If we have the chance, we'll gladly return! 🤩

Highway exit, stop in Gignac for lunch and... by chance, Émile's restaurant. And chance works out well: it's excellent, a menu of local specialties. Super friendly service. A great place to eat.

23/05/2026: We had a truly wonderful meal, absolutely fantastic! The owner, his wife, and their lovely son were all wonderful. There's plenty of food on the plate, and thank you again for the complimentary coffee – not everyone does that! Keep up the good work, and perhaps we'll see you again soon in the Landes region.
10/04/2026: A very pleasant restaurant with a lovely terrace. The food is consistently excellent, and the service makes for a flawless experience. A sure bet! I highly recommend it.
