Very warm welcome, very good wines and delicious meat, a very good address and the menu is diverse, there is something for everyone.

We received a very warm welcome. The staff were friendly, quick, and efficient. Although we didn't have a reservation, we were served a cocktail while we waited for a table, but it was definitely worth the wait. The dishes were very fresh and well-prepared with quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.

The best meat restaurant, friendly staff

Hello, I occasionally come to have lunch on the terrace and I've always been delighted with the salads, like the goat cheese salad with honey and others. I wanted a change and ordered a Caesar salad, which was quite generous overall. However, I was very disappointed by a faint taste of dishwater that immediately hit my palate. The shaved Parmesan was a bit rancid, and visually it was rather messy, with the Parmesan at the very bottom. In short, I was quite disappointed, but I didn't say anything because I was with friends. The service, however, was excellent; the waiters were very professional and very kind. I have the impression that the kitchen isn't what it used to be. Sincerely,

A delicious interlude 🍹 Our visit to La Table des Trol's was a wonderful discovery. While the attentive service, warm atmosphere, and superb terrace immediately charmed us with their timeless relaxation, it was the dessert that truly brought this meal to a magnificent close. The homemade ice cream is superb. Remarkably creamy and subtly flavorful 🍦 A must-visit in Vincennes, where refinement extends to even the smallest sweet treats.

Beautiful terrace facing the castle, the glass of Pouilly was good. Beware of mosquitoes. As we were coming from the woods for dinner, we were seated at the back, away from the others (I suppose smart attire was expected, which wasn't the case for us). This suited us perfectly; it was very pleasant. For the meal, the €16 children's menu included a steak frites (ordered well-done but arrived burnt), grenadine, and dessert (ice cream or chocolate mousse: the latter was extremely sweet for our taste). The burger and fries were frankly awful. First, the meat was raw even though I had asked for it well-done, so they reheated it, and after that, it was inedible. The cheese was under the meat. The sauce was practically nonexistent. No salad or tomato. It was dry. The first fries were undercooked, but after reheating, they were good. The free-range chicken was good, the mashed potatoes a bit bland, but the sauce was very good. The profiteroles were delicious: homemade unsweetened whipped cream, quality dark chocolate, flavorful vanilla ice cream, and a medium-sized choux pastry. I think they generally use good ingredients, but that particular Saturday evening, the cook was off. At €83, that's a shame. The waiter, however, was very friendly.
