A really friendly setting that immediately puts us at ease when we arrive, it's very warm. The Chef is very open to discussion and criticism to improve his dishes (honestly I don't see what there is to improve) The foie gras was simply exceptional, the best I have ever eaten. Honorable mention to the Grand Marnier Soufflé, truly excellent.

The experience is unusual, the place is warm like the owner... he quickly takes you into his culinary passion, delighting you from starter to dessert... A must do, we had an excellent time with our friends! Thank you sir 🙏😌🤩

SU CCU SLOW! Very generous portions, a wide choice of quality alcohols, the sweetbreads are just incredible on the palate and a superb atmosphere with classical music in the background. Don't hesitate, it was just a great time.

An original concept (6 to 8 guests), a decor that is both vintage and authentic, a promising menu, a restaurateur with a very promising off-trail route around Provins. Alas, a somewhat disappointing experience, notably due to a lack of spices and a touch that could have left a good memory on our palates... Being a chef, like any profession, involves accepting criticism, as long as it is constructive.

Excellent place, with selected cuisine, local dishes, a search for authenticity and a great setting which makes you feel like you are at home and served by a chef. In short, we had a great time.
