Excellent traditional dishes with exceptional fresh produce. The foie gras morels are sublime, for amateurs I highly recommend the brains with its calf's head. Worth the detour!

Excellent traditional restaurant. Very small, intimate room. Mandatory reservation. It feels like home but with added professionalism. Truly a great time.
