La Table D'ogre sur Maison-Rouge

We just discovered a lovely little restaurant, and above all, a very friendly atmosphere. The chef is very attentive, the dishes are delicious and melt in your mouth, especially the famous beef bourguignon. It's traditional French cuisine, and we'll gladly return.

What a discovery! What a peaceful and unique place, and the cuisine was delicate, original, classic, and surprising… We thoroughly enjoyed it! We drove an hour and a half to Maison Rouge and discovered, on a street near Place des Tilleuls… “La Table d’Ogre”! The restaurant seats 6 people but can be booked privately for groups of 4 or more!!! We promise we'll be back, even from further afield! Thank you ☀️☀️☀️

We had a wonderful, intimate and warm evening. A tastefully decorated little haven. The cuisine was traditional yet light. A special mention for the dessert.

A very unusual restaurant that's well worth the detour. All the dishes are a delight to the taste buds, and the owner, who also cooks and serves, is cheerful. But if you want to do what we did and have a birthday party for four, go for it.

We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening, August 23rd. It's a small restaurant where the owner works alone, receiving customers at specific times, which gives the impression that he is there just for you. The owner is a very kind and helpful person, he puts you at ease right away. His cuisine is very varied and all the dishes are homemade, with regional products. We had a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant run by a very good and truly deserving chef.

A few kilometers from Provins, in a lovely garden, a few tables... "L'Ogre" serves homemade cuisine. Only a few dishes are offered, and what a delight! Refined cuisine, a warm and unpretentious welcome, and... We feast from starter to dessert. You have to make the detour. Bravo, artist?

A wonderful discovery and a wonderful experience. Original cuisine off the beaten track. High-quality, mostly local produce. Very good wines. A relatively small establishment; I recommend booking.

Amazing little place with a great chef making very tasty dishes. Lovely traditional dishes we had and all were super tasteful. A true experience
