Quite honestly, the cuisine is absolutely incredible: gourmet, excellent, beautifully presented, thoughtfully conceived, inspired, original, and surprising! From appetizer to dessert, it's a culinary journey without a single misstep. A very special mention goes to the beetroot sorbet in the appetizer: incredible! The service was impeccable, extremely professional and rigorous, and full of kindness from both the owner and the chef, who came to the dining room to introduce themselves and ask if everything was alright, all in a very warm and beautifully decorated setting. The chef prepared a plate for my two-and-a-half-year-old son, who thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was very kindly offered to him—a very generous gesture, thank you again. The prices are absolutely unbeatable for gourmet cuisine of this quality, and I mean it. We were completely won over, and I can only recommend that you go and discover this place and its truly exceptional cuisine!
