She advised us on the composition of the dishes and listened carefully to our expectations, ensuring our meal ran smoothly. The execution of the dishes, from appetizers to desserts, was perfect, with each ingredient and seasoning perfectly balanced. Personally, I would like to give a special mention to the smoked tuna tataki – bravo to the chef! It is with great pleasure that I will return and highly recommend it. Bravo to the whole team, don't change a thing!
