One word: meh (or "bof" en français). Yes, technically the noodles are pulled by hand, but that doesn't mean much when they are tough and unevenly/unskillfully pulled. I had noodles of every single size (fine/normal/thick) in my soup. You just need noodles in soup? This place will do, I guess. You can probably do better.
Maybe it's the dish I ordered (雪菜肉碎面/soupe de nouilles au porc haché et légume chinoise), but the soup was not flavorful. A fried or boiled egg would have helped as an add-on, but was surprisingly not available. Pluses: the chili oil saved the day, and portions are plenty. Maybe the stir fried noodles are better.
Service is quick and efficient and seating is plentiful.

Very authentic hand pulled noodles. Haven't had noodles this good since I left China. Highly recommend the LanZhou Beef Noodle Soup, meat was very tender and soup was delicious! Staff was also very kind and when I tried to tip for their good service, told us they do not accept tips. Also very affordable, €10 for a bowl of noodles, wish I lived in France so I could eat this every day.

I love coming back for lunch in this restaurant which offers a very good and plentiful menu for 14€30. It allows you to try different noodle specialties accompanied by ravioli and a Chinese pork pancake. The service is relaxed and friendly, which I really like. One of my favorite addresses in Paris!

We ordered wonton soup, spicy beef pull noodle and spicy fish fillets, Great flavor, friendly service, cozy little restaurant to satisfy family members. I like they put decent amount of veggies in the bowl.
