La Table Marocaine sur Salon-De-Provence

We had lunch there on April 30th and it was a truly peaceful experience. The team—if I understood correctly, the father and daughter—are fantastic with their customers. They introduced us to their specialties, including the fragrant chickpeas served as an appetizer. Delicious! We chose tagines which were absolutely delicious. Even the homemade harissa was incredible. Honestly, very, very good. We will gladly return on our next visit to Salon-de-Provence.

The dishes were truly excellent at an affordable price, generous with all the garnishes and sauces, and you could even take home any leftovers. However, the music was a little loud and the restaurant quite small. But you quickly forget all that when your taste buds are delighted by the quality of the food.

We ordered four royal couscous dishes, which were delicious; few restaurants offer couscous this good. We will be back soon.

An absolutely remarkable Moroccan dining experience! We all opted for the royal couscous, and it was a true explosion of flavors. The semolina was light and perfectly prepared, the vegetables melted in your mouth and bursting with aroma, and the meats were generous, tender, and flavorful. Every bite was a reminder of the authenticity and expertise of traditional Moroccan cuisine.
