La Tarte Tropézienne sur Toulon

Excellent bakery! Top-notch staff!

What a thrill to walk through the door of the place where the fame of this legendary Tropézienne tart, made famous by Brigitte Bardot, was born. The tart is truly exceptional.

An exceptional welcome As a customer of La Tropézienne, Toulon train station, for three years, I have never met a person as kind as the new bakery manager. Genuine kindness, a smile, a warm welcome… qualities that are sadly becoming rare these days. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism!

We stopped by for breakfast after returning our rental car. The staff was very friendly. They had coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, but the mini Tropézienne tarts were a great idea and delicious. We also bought a raspberry Tropézienne tart and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I don't know why the rating is so low. We had the César brioche and the tartelettes aux figs. They were amazing. The service was fast and very warm. You don't often see that in Paris.

We received a wonderful welcome on this Sunday during our holiday, where we were able to settle in and enjoy the famous and excellent Tarte Tropzienne while waiting for our train. Meeting such friendly shopkeepers is truly a pleasure! Thank you!

A warm and refreshing welcome that we'll remember, and which made our stop at La Tropézienne an absolute must, not only for the restaurant itself but also, and especially, for the woman who served it to us: Mélinda, whom we all found absolutely delightful. Thank you, ladies, and see you very soon. PS: Don't change a thing. It was perfect! 🤩

The staff were friendly, the Tropezienne tart was excellent, I highly recommend it, it was perfect!

Strategic location. We had two slices of Tarte Tropézienne. It was very good. However, the staff lacked friendliness. A shame.

The welcome was warm, the pie was excellent, I highly recommend it!
