La Taverne, a beautiful restaurant right on the water, and what a pleasure it was to eat blue lobster in such a magnificent setting! The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable; the children's menu is perfect for our little ones. In short, a great place for a great day out. Thank you, La Taverne!

Top-notch bar! 👌 The amber beer on tap is fantastic! The staff is very friendly! Great music! I especially loved the little tables by the sea with their magnificent view of Port Louis and the ocean! And the Breton pastries are an absolute must-try! Highly recommended!

Nice and sometimes very busy place to eat good seafood. Sometimes crazy busy, but they still manage to give proper (fast) service and good quality seafood. On the more quiet evenings the staff really take their time for you and make you feel properly welcome. We've dined here for times of which two in the last week. Staff has been the same for the past few years at least (we recognized most of them from two years ago).

We had a wonderful time at this seaside restaurant in Gâvres. The setting is beautiful and very pleasant, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal with a lovely view. The waiter was particularly welcoming, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The dishes were delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. Everything was perfectly executed. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
