Excellent, wonderful menu, friendly atmosphere, top-notch service

A bit disappointed with the customer service! Let me explain: I contacted the establishment via Instagram to book a Sunday afternoon for a birthday celebration. I booked well in advance so we could arrange for a cake. By the time I received a reply and was put in touch with the right person (four days before), I was told that, due to Valentine's Day, a cake was no longer possible, the guests would have to choose a dessert from the menu, and I was offered a candle on the dessert. Fine! On the day, I went in the early afternoon to confirm the arrival time, and I was told "no problem." The birthday person arrived at the agreed time, and they were told there was no reservation. After choosing a dessert... no candle. Furthermore, the guests who had ordered a waffle were a bit surprised because it was just a slice of waffle, not a whole one. In short, while I don't doubt the quality of the waffle, I'm frankly disappointed because, in addition to seeming cheap, it didn't taste prepared at all. So I chose another restaurant for a meal out with my colleagues...

Hello! Sunday outing with friends at Sherlock. The setting was lovely, the staff very pleasant, smiling, and joking with us. The meal was generous and delicious, especially the lamb shank with new potatoes 😋. We'll be back to try other dishes... Congratulations to you all!

We received a very warm welcome despite needing two calls to modify our reservation and having an extra person on arrival. The team was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, the setting was lovely, and the food was delicious. A wonderful family evening!

The restaurant has a particularly well-done decor. We were served very quickly despite the crowd, and the servers were very polite, smiling, and attentive. The food was very good and plentiful; we were even able to take our leftovers home. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return. Thank you again to all the staff at The Sherlock Pub.

Very long wait between courses (45 minutes). Cold fries upon arrival. The waiter was very rushed; we barely had time to tell him our choices.
