It’s a restaurant run with a lot of passion by a very good chef, Olivier. We went out of season, on November 11th, a national holiday and also my birthday - and there were very few places open in the area. Although we were the only customers that evening, we had a great time and Olivier cooked us a most delicious meal. We will return there in January for the truffle season.

First of all we had a house cocktail of mandarin liqueur with blackberry cream and orange juice which was excellent. I recommend
Followed by a rosé duck breast with its melting potato rosette, an equally excellent dish.
And to finish, my husband had a very very delicious gourmet coffee and I had a chestnut crème brûlée, which was delicious.

Chef Olivier is truly passionate and it shows in the dishes served to us, each flavor invites us on a culinary journey through the different flavors of the Provençal terroirs. My beautiful friend Nel loves to tell me the most beautiful anecdotes when he worked alongside the passionate chef, especially when he prepared the chef's famous foot packet together.

This is the third time we have come to the olive terrace.
Never disappointed, always different proposals, lots of creativity, a perfect welcome, just what you need when you need it.
It’s a lovely time spent with family with perfect service and welcome.
