La Terrasse, France sur Seine-Port

Kudos to the chef and waitress, but the setting and atmosphere leave much to be desired. The restaurant dining room is right next to the bistro bar, with its regulars, making it a bit of a den of iniquity, if you know what I mean. It's not ideal for a quiet meal with family or friends. We tried it, but that's just the beginning. It's a real shame considering the work of the chef and waitress.

There were 11 of us for lunch. Excellent service. Very good food. Excellent foie gras and superb ribeye steak.

Excellent restaurant. The cuisine was superb, generous, and made with high-quality ingredients—a wonderful discovery. Congratulations to the chef for the delicious meal and to the impeccable service. We will definitely return and highly recommend this establishment; you won't be disappointed.

We've been going there quite often for the past few months, either for a drink or for lunch. The place is very pleasant and relaxing. Excellent service and good value for money.

We had dinner on the terrace last night, and it was lovely. With the square and its linden trees, you feel like you're far away, almost on vacation. Kudos to the chef who comes to chat with his customers and asks if they're enjoying the food. Definitely go without hesitation, but it's best to book ahead. 👍👍👍

A very pleasant stop during our Sunday hike.

Disappointed by this latest experience. The food is still excellent, beautifully presented, and the quality of the cuisine remains consistently high. However, the service was unfortunately lacking. The terrace was very busy at lunchtime, which may explain the difficulties encountered, but this doesn't excuse certain oversights, particularly the missing side dish with the main course. Not to mention the lack of attention in the dining room. After finishing my beer at the beginning of the meal, no one came to ask if I wanted another drink, so I had to spend the entire meal with an empty glass, which reflects a real lack of consideration for customers. When I pointed out the missing water and fries when paying the bill, my comment was met with a simple smile, a "no problem," and a chuckle. I would have appreciated a more considerate and professional reaction from the young owner. A simple apology or a gesture of goodwill would have been much more appropriate. It's a shame, because the food deserves better. It seems clear the establishment lacks staff with restaurant experience, and this is reflected in the quality of service. I sincerely hope these points will be addressed, as this place has the potential to offer an experience worthy of its cuisine and its location in a pleasant village.
