Very good vegan restaurant from starter to dessert (the vegan burger is homemade and is very good!!! The onion tart flambée I really liked. The chocolate mousse and Melba strawberries are delicious 😍 the gentleman who serves is in a very good mood we feel the good vibrations of vegan cuisine ❤️very quiet, calm restaurant, with 2 cute cats

Very good vegan experience! 2024 UPDATE: There was a big improvement in the entries over time. Add to that delicious desserts and an atmosphere that is always just as nice. 5 stars! The very friendly owners seem passionate about their cuisine. The chef does not hesitate to share his little cooking tips. The setting is pleasant, rather modern with a cozy, refined café effect. It's simple but it's good. And even if it doesn't offer much acoustic intimacy, it feels good. The two cats that walk around the room bring a certain cocooning side knowing that they are very discreet (understand by this that they walk from time to time without really considering your existence or begging. But they will accept caresses if you do hold on 😁) When we came, the service was not fast, and that is not the objective of the place. We chat, we nibble on the aperitifs served (👍), and we enjoy. We start the meal: the cuisine is family style, simple and healthy. - the reason for the minus star: the entries. If the proposals are generous, they have not justified their price. The two salads offered were unfortunately too monotonous. I found myself eating a large quantity of sauerkraut whose taste, like (perhaps personal) a carrot salad, will take up more and more space in the mouth and spoil the pleasure. The same goes for the endive and orange salad. Here I would recommend reducing the proportions but adding something on the side, a small basket of varied bread for example (black, brown, nuts), some fruit in the salad. That would really be a game changer. Especially since starting the meal like this made us fear the rest even though it was ultimately completely unjustified. - because yes the main dishes are of excellent quality. The tarte flambée gratinated with mushrooms was excellent and powerful in the mouth. Very light yet, it manages to nourish well and feel good after a meal. The burger is also an explosion of flavors, the plate is very beautiful, the salad delicious (a nod to the starter who should benefit from it 😉). I found myself stuck between my palate and my head as I tasted it as each flavor came one after the other like fireworks. We are very far from the fake meat burgers served in steakhouses “to show that we are flexible”. There is skill here. Well done! - the desserts are very good, my wife was finally able to enjoy a crème brûlée which gave the same pleasure as a <<real>> crème brûlée without feeling nauseous from lactose. The pear tart flambée was very nice. It didn't beat that of the traditional tarte flambées restaurant in Karlsruhe which remains in my gourmet heart. But at least I didn't crawl on the ground to get back on the verge of hyperglycemia 😂. Summary: When we left this restaurant, we had eaten WELL, we had a good time. He had therefore fulfilled his objective 👍

Accueil agréable, service rapide, repas délicieux, cette première expérience en appelle d'autres...de plus le cadre est reposant
