I have two go-to tea brands: Mariage Frères and Dammann Frères. This is Dammann Frères, not the trendy, marketing-driven kind. No, they have nearly 200 varieties on display, no frills, and fair prices, between €7 and €14 per 100 grams, which won't bother tea lovers at all. 100 grams of tea isn't consumed in 5 minutes, after all. In short, give it a try; it's a good place.

A wide variety of excellent quality teas and infusions, at least those I tried. Impeccable and friendly service. Marie does everything to satisfy her customers.

I go there almost every day for a Costa Rican coffee; it's the best tea room around. Every tea I've bought or given as a gift has always been excellent. It's simple, there's nothing better.

24/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and restaurant. Everything was impeccable; the premises were spotless and meticulously maintained. The staff were extremely pleasant, welcoming, and attentive from beginning to end. It felt truly comfortable, almost like being at home. The atmosphere was warm and the service was top-notch. Thank you for this lovely experience; we will gladly return!
07/05/2026: After a lovely hike on the island, we stopped, charmed by the friendly demeanor of the young waitresses. What a pleasant surprise! A truly delightful experience. Delicious spiced sardines, a flavorful tuna tataki, and an exceptional fisherman's soup. To finish, a subtly flavored Pavlova and a decadent profiterole. All of this was served with a kindness that is becoming increasingly rare. A few words exchanged gave the impression that the customers were more than just a walking wallet. In short, we will cherish the memory. Basques on holiday.
