Lovely spot for great coffee Absolute gem in Paris

The barista seemed to care a lot about his craft and invited each of his customers in the space. It's a small space, but comfortable and unique! I had the best cappuccino I've ever had there and sat to read for awhile -- really lovely coffee shop!

Great coffee and super nice service!

The staff and owners (Emma and Caroline) were so friendly, and the coffee and desserts were absolutely delicious! For coffee, we tried a cappuccino and a latte macchiato made with Ethiopian coffee. The chocolate cookies were a treat, and the cinnamon roll was light and flavourful.

I had a wonderful experience at Synapse Torréfaction. The coffee was excellent, especially the double espresso, which was perfectly prepared, rich, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service made the visit even more enjoyable. A special mention to Emma, who was especially kind, welcoming, and attentive. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good coffee and warm hospitality. Thank You, Emma! Thank You, Synapse Torréfaction!

A pleasant atmosphere in a small coffee shop. You can chat with the barista about the coffee varieties. Unfortunately, you can only try one type of bean, but there were more for sale. The flat white was not bad. There are restrooms on site.

Excellent coffee, polite service, clean toilet. What more to ask for?
