We've been trying to book a table for ages, always fully booked! And yes, now we know why! This time we booked a little in advance and we weren't disappointed at all.
Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the excellent meal, the ambiance of the dining room in this former castle. All for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this place if you want to have a wonderful time. Pure bliss! Thank you to the chef, his partner, and all the staff.

A truly wonderful discovery in Saint-Marcellin 🤍
It had been ages since I'd eaten so well…
Don't be fooled by the very "gastronomic" look of the dishes: they're refined, yes, but also incredibly generous 😌 You leave feeling satisfied and, above all, blown away by the flavors.
Everything is prepared with finesse, from the appetizers to the desserts, and each dish is a real treat.
Special mention for the service, attentive, warm, and impeccable from start to finish 👏

If Gault&Millau has once again awarded this restaurant perched high above Saint-Marcellin, in this 15th-century castle, it's because something truly unique is happening here.
Chef Samuel Didier never ceases to surprise and reinvent himself. Three years after my first visit, I promised myself I would return with Christelle and my friends to La Tivollière, Samuel and Alexandrine's restaurant.
Tonight, the passion is still going strong!
The "L'éclat de l'or noir" (The Splendor of Black Gold) regional truffle menu offered us a true gastronomic journey: delicate amuse-bouches, crispy snails with a hint of garlic, scallops and parsnips with seaweed, slow-cooked rabbit with endive carbonara, truffle cappuccino, and finally, a sublime vanilla caramel and chocolate dessert.
Each dish reveals remarkable skill and sensitivity.
The wine list perfectly complements the aromatic notes of the terroir.
Stars belong only to poets…
