We shared a meal with a couple of friends and were lucky enough to dine on the terrace. We received a very warm welcome, the food was excellent, and the chef was very attentive to his guests. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic surpize lunch under a beautiful chestnut tree! We found it by chance driving through, well worth a stop! Catering for lactose intolerance not just without fuss, but with fantastic creations - what a pleasure! Thank you Samuel and Alexandrine !

If Gault&Millau has once again awarded this restaurant perched high above Saint-Marcellin, in this 15th-century castle, it's because something truly unique is happening here. Chef Samuel Didier never ceases to surprise and reinvent himself. Three years after my first visit, I promised myself I would return with Christelle and my friends to La Tivollière, owned by Alexandrine and Samuel. Tonight, the passion is still going strong! The "L'éclat de l'or noir" (The Splendor of Black Gold) regional truffle menu offered us a true gastronomic journey: delicate amuse-bouches, crispy snails with a hint of garlic, scallops and parsnips with seaweed, slow-cooked rabbit with endive carbonara, truffle cappuccino, and finally, a sublime vanilla caramel and chocolate dessert. Each dish reveals remarkable skill and sensitivity. The wine list perfectly complements the aromatic notes of the terroir. Stars belong only to poets… Thank you, Chef Samuel, for this magnificent journey. We will be back!

A place nestled in the heart of nature, calm and serene, where you feel completely at ease and never want to leave. A superb discovery orchestrated by my brother. The welcome and service are simply perfect, the dishes are an explosion of flavors. The chef shares his creativity in his elaborate dishes and reveals his passion for cooking to his guests. The sommelier introduces us to her local wines with an equally overflowing passion that makes her eyes sparkle. A truly convivial place that I wholeheartedly recommend. I can't wait to return.
