Wow...what a pure moment of bliss!!!! Quite honestly, it's top-notch. The cuisine is exciting and captivating, with incredible flavors, textures, and meticulous attention to detail in every dish. Each plate is a poem, a work of art, all served harmoniously, discreetly, and efficiently. Accompanied by a perfectly paired wine, expertly curated by the chef, it was an exemplary success. The synergy between this couple (him in the kitchen and her managing the dining room and wine cellar) makes this place truly exceptional. We had a magnificent culinary experience, both on our plates and in our glasses: excellent champagne, a delicious and surprisingly good Alsatian red wine, and a rum to finish off the meal on the sun loungers. A word of advice: don't look at the menu! The peas with bacon will evoke just as much emotion as the veal fillet or any other ingredient on the plate—pure bliss! Everything is prepared with great care and precision to offer an explosion of flavors. The meal was generous without being heavy.
