Canole. I was expecting something like a cake, but it's quite a substantial dessert, crispy on the outside and dense on the inside. The rum flavor is very strong. It's not really my style of dessert, but my husband loved it.

I've been twice and the man who packs the canelés is very friendly. The canelés taste great; you can taste the alcohol a little, but they're delicious!

05/11/2025: A truly excellent roaster; don't hesitate to try an espresso—the barista manages to bring out the very best in her coffee. It's one of the few truly excellent coffee shops you can find in Bordeaux, and I might not know them all.
