I am no expert on caneles. All I know is that what I tried was amazing. Not too sweet, not too soft, not too hard, not chewy. Perfect texture and taste for my palate. It was the first time trying them. I had it like 4 times in 2 days. I am definitely taking few back home

The canelés were very good, excellent value for money. However, the saleswoman was very unpleasant; I felt like I was bothering her with every sentence I said because she was sighing in annoyance.

Canole. I was expecting something like a cake, but it's quite a substantial dessert, crispy on the outside and dense on the inside. The rum flavor is very strong. It's not really my style of dessert, but my husband loved it.

I've been twice and the man who packs the canelés is very friendly. The canelés taste great; you can taste the alcohol a little, but they're delicious!
