A pearl in no man's land... a pity because Michelin would definitely recommend this restaurant if they ever came by. It's strange to find such a chef in a godforsaken hole. The dishes are local... and exceptionally top... and perfectly matched wines...
Discovered by chance because open on Sunday. A place as we like them, very simple, succulent and authentic cuisine (the homemade stuffed duck neck was killer and the tripoux was close to Divine), in short, chance did things very well. Absolutely come back.
