Romantic dinner. What can I say… everything was perfect. From the welcome to the dishes and the wines offered. The value for money is excellent. The "escape" menu at €139 includes a very original house cocktail, a succession of seven courses to discover, accompanied by two glasses of selected wines, and a hot drink to finish the dinner. What creativity! Bravo for both dishes: Just an Illusion and Pearl of the Mountains. A blend of bitter flavors enhanced with sweet elements and a touch of acidity. Perfect, like the egg of the same name. And the low-temperature cooking of the salmon and beef creates a magical creaminess. The wines pair well with the dishes, except perhaps the mason's wine with Just an Illusion.

Special mention goes to the dessert and its spectacular blown sugar pearl, as beautiful as it was delicious. A real gem!
