La Tour du Roy sur Vervins

Excellent. A very clean and luxurious room, a more than generous breakfast and what about the dinner...everything was delicious I would go back without hesitation me and my partner were able to relax peacefully at the SPA in addition to that thank you again for your welcome I highly recommend.

Very appreciable restaurant due to its structure and its culinary side. Very good and tasty for good value for money. The fair service and accompanied by a touch of humor is appreciable. I recommend.

Hotel in the city center which must have been a very nice hotel more than twenty years ago!!!! But obsolete. Ground floor room not heated, we were put in a room on the first floor, heating not great. Black shower joints, lack of maintenance. What a shame, we had dinner at the hotel and when it rains and you have to cross the garden it's really not pleasant (Month of November) Menu good nothing more.

It was going well though. Rather friendly welcome, we are shown the rooms located in the outbuilding. They are certainly in an old style but clean, well appointed with satisfactory bedding. Then we are told a dinner with a single dish for €15 and dessert for €5. But surprise when it was time to pay, we were presented with a bill for €25 per dish. We therefore find ourselves paying 10€ more per person just for the dish, which is certainly good but not so plentiful. Then 2nd surprise in the morning with a very frugal breakfast. A list must be completed the day before for our choices, but no room is left for a sudden desire for a croissant or fruit not wanted the day before. You will have to stick to your choice. Still 15€ by the way... Finally, we warn that we will return late (midnight) the second evening. No one asks us about tomorrow. In the morning, reception closed, no breakfast, no answer to the phone or the doorbell. We had to leave the keys in the mailbox and leave on an empty stomach. Being used to hotels, we were surprised. It would be good to be consistent in charging services at such a price while offering services that are a little more in favor of the customer. It's only a 3 star, of course, but many chains will welcome you with more "humanity" and professionalism.

Un vrai potentiel pour ce chouette petit hôtel ... Mais qui manque d'entretien (joins douche sales, évier bouche après 2 verres d'eau versés dans l'évier, tout un tas de choses scotchées par ci par là ...). Le personnel est très attentionné et adorable. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment en ne nous focalisant pas sur l'entretien.
