Prices have increased (because of energy and raw material prices I imagine) and the pizzas are smaller than before. Also, the taste quality has declined for some time but they still remain a level above the others.
The pizzas are delicious because the products are really good. The dough is made by hand and proofed for 5 days in the cold. To be tested urgently; even for those who are angry with the pizzerias that are usually found nearby.
Plus the staff is pleasant, and you can eat on site...
On 02/24/24, we ordered 5 seeded chef's dough pizzas. No seed pizzas despite a call, no commercial gesture for 5 errors…. 66 euros of pizza! It’s a shame not to know how to be commercial when you make so many mistakes! And I would add that the Rossi salmon pizza is very lean (dough with a little salmon and a little cheese, not enough to break a duck's 3 legs 😢😢
