We went there on August 30th and I highly recommend them... welcoming, warm, dynamic... 55 euro menu with 5 dishes (including an appetizer) of a quality worthy of a very great chef and gastronomic... we more than enjoyed ourselves... we will return with our eyes closed... Madam, I respect you because you provide the service alone and with a lot of professionalism, you make sure that everyone is served quickly and wisely... thank you.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant.
The setting is superb, and the weather allowed us to enjoy the beautiful terrace.
The service is impeccable and the food excellent.
I had requested a special menu for a small family celebration, and the chef was able to accommodate our request.
A great place to eat.

We had a great time in a very pleasant setting. The dishes were beautiful, colorful, and excellent! We really enjoyed them. The homemade rolls were delicious. The only downside for some of us was that some dishes were a little too spicy, but that didn't stop us from enjoying them anyway.
Don't hesitate to go there to discover some real culinary gems!

A must-visit establishment: a wonderful, cheerful, and friendly welcome. A quiet, superb setting. A magnificent terrace by a pond is truly invigorating! A lovely menu, excellent food, fast service, and the owner genuinely cares about your well-being. We came this Wednesday, July 16th, at noon on behalf of Evelyne and Benoît Sciboz. Every time we pass through the Vosges, La Trinquotte is our lunch spot.
