23/06/2026: Quiet place, not many people when I arrived. There was music playing, but the volume was perfect for me. I ordered a simple meal: potatoes, a piece of beef with salad, and to try the "ôté ôté" (a type of sausage), as a starter. Perfectly cooked and delicious meat. For dessert, a chocolate mousse with a twist, enhanced with olive oil and fleur de sel. A delight from start to finish 😋 (the end). I ate without thinking, but you can certainly leave satisfied for a good price. Friendly service; they explained the menu and were attentive to the quality of the food. They made sure our enjoyment of the meal was excellent on several occasions. A great team that deserves a bright future. I will be back. Thank you for this little culinary journey.

16/05/2026: A unique setting (stone and tile effect in an oriental style) The food is fantastic. The tagine transported my partner. She forgot about me for a while 😅😂 The presentation of the dishes really showcases them. The owner comes around to greet the customers and made us feel comfortable without being intrusive.

Each dish is a true delight, as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat. The welcome is simply perfect: warm, friendly, and very professional. You immediately feel at ease and pampered from the beginning to the end of the meal. The entire team is attentive and passionate, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit in Haute-Saône for a wonderful time with family or friends. We will definitely be back!

02/05/2026: Absolutely wonderful and characterful hotel and restaurant. We were made to feel at home from the second we arrived, the room was small but perfectly appointed. The restaurant is run by the propieters and the food was absolutely incredible. Great variations in french cuisiine, perfectly cooked and a cheese course to die for!

We ordered a (generous) set menu for the first person, which included spring rolls and chicken with pineapple (very well prepared), followed by a delicious two-scoop ice cream. The à la carte menu also offered chicken spring rolls and Asian noodles with mixed vegetables. The service was excellent and the food delicious.

16/05/2026: My wife and I were making a quick stop near Vesoul to take possession of a property we'd bought in the area. We'd looked into restaurants in the region and had decided to go to one in a larger town, either Vesoul or Luxeuil. And then, during our conversation with the seller, he recommended Restaurant Rémy in Saint-Loup. "You'll see," he said, "they offer everything from a classic menu to a gourmet menu." We went to Saint-Loup without much enthusiasm. Wow! A magnificent building! The courtyard is extraordinary! So, we went inside. Wow! The decor was perfectly suited to the occasion. Wow! The dining room was impeccably designed. We took our seats, and the owner gave us a choice between the "gourmet menu" (the quick option) or the "gastronomic menu" (very tempting). We had 200 km to drive home, so we opted for the gourmet menu. She then presented us with the menu, featuring incredible ingredients. We nodded, not quite knowing what was in store for us. Here we are. The amuse-bouche (made with ingredients we would never have thought of) arrives. "Enjoy your meal, my love!" Incredible, amazing, delicious! Now for the starter! Incredible, amazing, delicious. And this continued right through to dessert. I should add that the wine was excellent as well. And then, it was time to leave! We had carefully read the menu before coming in, but "This is impossible," I told ourselves! "It's a meal costing over €50/€60 (per person)!" Drumroll: Less than €40 per person. Bravo, congratulations, excellent, delicious, to the chef first and foremost, to the staff, for bringing these exceptional flavors and combinations to life in this superb setting, this tradition of a love for food. Ahhh, how disappointed we'll be next time we go to a restaurant near us. (They're excellent, but not the same.) Note: I'm absolutely not the type to write reviews that will be read by the whole of France, but unfortunately, it has happened far too often that we've been disappointed, even very disappointed, by the food. So I'm sorry for writing such a long rant, but it was necessary, for them, for tradition, for the obligation to eat properly. Thanks again, and I hope to see you very soon.

23/04/2026: A hotel that met my expectations: easy access, ample parking, and a quality breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. A big thank you to the managers who allowed us to arrive early and made things easy for us.
