La Végétalerie sur Saint-Brieuc

While passing through Saint-Brieuc, I discovered this wonderful place where I sipped delicious juices prepared right before my eyes. The zen atmosphere, the plants, and the warm welcome and kindness of the staff made this a truly magical interlude.

One of the (very) few 100% vegan restaurants in the area, with excellent dishes, especially the mezze. I highly recommend it!

The place and concept are original. We stopped by for a drink and a pastry. The decor is quite nice and the staff very friendly. The drinks were fine, but we ordered a pastry: a reimagined Magnum ice cream. The idea of ​​reinventing this chocolate ice cream with peanuts was commendable. However, the taste wasn't great. The inside was a bit bland and lacked texture. The chocolate shell was too thick. We were a little disappointed, even though we appreciate the concept.

Whether it's a business lunch, a get-together with friends, a romantic dinner, or a meal with my daughters, this place is perfect for everything! And every occasion is a good one! 🙏 And the concept! Thank you for finally offering truly vegetarian cuisine in Saint-Brieuc! It's impossible to tire of the dishes, which are updated weekly, as they are so delicious and delight both our taste buds and our eyes! My daughters and I are huge fans! 💚 The shop? A magnificent patchwork of plants, pots, puzzles… that bring us so much joy! 🩵 And what can I say about the team… Bravo to you all!

I recommend this place 1000%! The maki duo was absolutely delicious; the combination of textures and flavors was perfect!! The drinks and desserts were also fantastic, all made without any animal suffering, and in a very pleasant setting with incredibly friendly service.
