I was disappointed by the food: the butternut squash soup was far too salty, and I wouldn't recommend the pear and caramel tart for dessert—it was dry and bland, with a thick crust that completely masked the flavors. You couldn't taste the pear at all, which was a real shame.
On the other hand, the setting is incredible, with a magnificent view of the mountains—it's breathtaking!
The staff is helpful, efficient, and attentive.

On Easter Sunday, we chose the La Veyrie restaurant, and I must say our expectations were fully met: a perfect welcome upon arrival, dedicated and attentive staff, exquisite dishes... All this with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and a stunning setting. In short, a feast for the senses and the eyes, for a truly memorable experience. We promised ourselves we would return very soon, we were so impressed. 👍

I've been to this restaurant several times and the experience is always fantastic. The food is excellent, the dishes are flavorful and beautifully presented; you can really taste the quality.
The staff is a real plus: the waiters and waitresses are very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
It's a place you'll gladly return to; I highly recommend it!

We had lunch at the restaurant today. There was a small issue with one of our dishes, but the staff were very accommodating in apologizing.
Hence the addition of this positive review, as mistakes happen, and the rest of the dishes were excellent.
We will gladly return.
