I'd heard so much about this restaurant, I finally decided to try it for myself… And honestly, I wasn't disappointed! I think I've had the best pork I've ever had!
I admit, the bone marrow with snails, the profiteroles, and the rib were a bit much calorie-wise, but oh well, it was truly divine! The service was impeccable, efficient, friendly, and quick—everything was perfect!
I'll definitely be back; I'll try to order some lighter dishes next time! Go for it without hesitation; it's a truly wonderful restaurant and a fantastic discovery!
