A wonderful time at La Vieille Gare, especially thanks to the incredibly friendly service. A huge thank you for the homemade fig jam, a truly delightful family treat made with love, that's for sure! Thanks also to the pizza maker for his pizzas in the 35-degree heat – I'm blown away!

A fantastic discovery! We had a wonderful time at La Vieille Gare. The food is excellent, and the wood-fired pizzas are simply delicious. The welcome was warm, the service impeccable, and the entire team was incredibly attentive, smiling, funny, and very caring. We felt right at home! After our meal, we walked down to a beautiful beach, which perfectly complemented this wonderful experience. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back!

I love it! An old, disused train station, completely renovated into a restaurant. A superb pergola overlooking the maquis shrubland, with Bodri beach just a 5-minute walk away in flip-flops. Everything is great: the setting, of course, the efficient, friendly, and quick service, and the menu is excellent. And the Corsican TGV train from Ile Rousse to Calvi practically passes right by! Absolutely top-notch.

A different kind of location, right next to the train tracks. We found it very charming. Friendly and attentive staff.
Unfortunately, the chef and I had completely different ideas of what an entrecote should be – what I got was more like a heavily marbled ribeye steak, inedible for me, but then again, I'm not a butcher… My wife's pasta with mussels, on the other hand, was quite delicious 😋 Overall, highly recommended!

We discovered this restaurant last year! A Corsican-Italian atmosphere. You can dine while admiring the sunset. From the moment you arrive, the servers are incredibly attentive, and the dishes are expertly prepared. Lovers of delicious grilled meats will be delighted. This year, for the World Cup, after our excellent meal, we were able to watch the end of the Portugal/DR Congo match at the restaurant entrance in great company – just like at home. A restaurant in an unexpected setting. Exquisite cuisine prepared with impeccable skill.
A simple menu with outstanding offerings, all cooked over a wood fire. The staff is exceptionally pleasant. I recommend this place without hesitation.

An unusual setting where you can watch the train go by, very good pizzas, especially the excellent pomodoro sauce, delicious linguine alle vongole, and the succulent "Mama's flan"... So why only 3 stars? Perhaps because of the very (too) rushed service... Forcing the customer's choice isn't pleasant, checking on them 5 or 6 times during the meal to see if everything is alright isn't necessary, clearing the table while you're chatting at the end of the meal is intrusive, but above all, offering a myrtle liqueur at the end of the meal and then finding it on the bill is unacceptable. And that's a shame considering the quality of the food.
However, I recommend this restaurant for its dishes.
