A new, high-level gastronomic experience awaits at La Villa Madie.
The technical mastery, the quality of the ingredients, and the exquisite presentation remain remarkable.
However, we found the same pigeon and chocolate dessert this year as on our previous visit, which might give a slight impression of repetition for regular customers. The skill and balance of flavors quickly make us forget this minor drawback. Next year, we'll definitely be checking out the "A l'an que ven!" menu.

Traveling with foodies so we went here twice(So far). Once for lunch (6 course) and once for dinner (8 course). My friends who are more well versed in Michelin said it made sense why it had 3 stars. Personally, I loved the experience overall. It was not stuffy, lots of laughing with the staff, they were welcoming, accommodating and kind. It’s obvious this chef and management have figured out how to provide exceptional service while allowing their staff to enjoy their work. Very much recommend. Beautiful views and incredible vibes.

We had lunch at Brasserie du Corton.
The setting, overlooking the sea and nestled under the pine trees, is sublime. We were a couple, dining on the outdoor terrace.
The dishes were excellent and the presentation perfect.
Expect to pay around €100 per person, including wine and an aperitif.
For wheelchair users (like myself): there is a reserved parking space (please call ahead). Be aware, however, that the spaces are at the bottom of a steep slope that you have to climb to access the brasserie. After that, the path is easy, and there is plenty of space on the terrace. I didn't use the restrooms, so I can't comment on them.

Everything is perfect.
