La Villa Tartary sur Aubenas

I had forgotten about this restaurant where I went once, in a group, a very, very long time ago, and that's a shame! There were three of us, and we ordered the seven-course menu, and everything was perfect. Even those of us with smaller appetites, like myself, weren't impressed because the portions were very reasonable. The waitress/owner was very friendly, which was a nice bonus. Therefore, I will definitely go back with a group next spring. The quality/service/price ratio seems excellent to me.

The restaurant is decorated with great taste, the service is fast, and the food, from appetizer to dessert, is absolutely delicious. A real treat, it deserves stars. The value for money is unbeatable; the menu could be much more expensive.

After hesitating for 17 years, we finally tried Villa Tartary. We weren't disappointed. The seven-course menu (required if you have no allergies) was delicious. The setting is also very pleasant.

An extraordinary culinary experience! We had the pleasure of dining at La Villa Tartary several times during our stay, and each visit was a truly wonderful experience. It is difficult to describe in just a few words what makes this restaurant so special. The food is refined, creative and full of character, but beyond the dishes themselves, there is a real sense of passion and care behind everything that is served. Every course brought something unexpected and memorable, and the attention to detail made each evening feel unique. We were impressed enough to come back several times, which probably says more than any review could. A very special place. Thank you, Frank, for your inspiration, passion and warmth. It was a real pleasure to discover your cuisine and to experience the care and creativity you put into every dish.

Minimalist cuisine and unprofessional service.

Each dish better than the last...and let yourself be surprised by the dessert which is a firework display for the taste buds!!!

We discovered this restaurant a year ago and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, promising ourselves we'd return with family or friends. This year, we opted for the "7 Courses" menu, a seven-course meal for €48. It was a delight of varied and perfectly balanced flavors and aromas—dishes that brought a smile to our faces and provided pure gustatory satisfaction. The house cocktail, made with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients, was excellent. The welcome was warm and spontaneous, and the setting was very pleasant and shaded on the terrace. A big thumbs up! And of course, we highly recommend this delightful restaurant!

A gourmet meal to discover, quality and presentation a delight

We celebrated a birthday party of 11 at La Villa Tartary, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The setting is magnificent, and we were lucky enough to enjoy the superb terrace in splendid weather. The welcome was warm, attentive, and very professional. As for the food, everything was excellent: refined menus, flavorful dishes, and perfectly presented. A special mention goes to the magnificent strawberry cake, which delighted all the guests. A big thank you to Sylvie and Frank for this wonderful day, which allowed us to spend some delightful moments together as a family. We highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!
