A quantum leap improvement in welcome and ongoing customer service with Kseniya, the new general manager, at the helm. She is a breath of fresh air and I am confident the hotel's reviews will improve dramatically with her going forwards...please don't leave!

A perfect stay! We had an unforgettable time at this hotel in its exceptional location. From the moment we arrived, we received a remarkably warm welcome, and as an added bonus, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded. The room was superb, spacious, and impeccably clean. A huge thank you to all the staff for their professionalism, discretion, and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The service truly lives up to the hotel's reputation. The cuisine is inventive and varied. As regular guests for years, this was certainly our best stay yet, thanks to the new team. We will return with immense pleasure and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

A paradise of understated perfectionism. Everything exudes elegance: the surroundings, the rooms, the service, the cuisine, the spa, the beach loungers, the pool and jacuzzi, the linens. The pristine white buildings with their green shutters. The manicured, colorful, fragrant vegetation where birds sing. A profound peace reigns, with its fountain, its doors opening onto the sea, the sound of the waves, and the smiles of all the staff, from reception to beach attendants and restaurant staff. Enjoy an aperitif at sunset, overlooking the turquoise bay and the capes, Negre or du Layet, accompanied by a pianist with a varied jazz repertoire. The food is also excellent, with breakfast at its peak: a special touch is the cherry salad and the selection of ginger detox juices. It's hard to leave such a refined place. Bravo and thank you.

24/07/2026: We discovered Chez Zète restaurant during our stay in Le Lavandou, and it was a very pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and genuine kindness. The staff is attentive and available, and the service is quick yet friendly. You can tell the team takes the time to properly care for its customers, which is very much appreciated. We chose several dishes, including a ham and mozzarella pizza, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. The plates are truly very substantial, and the ingredients are high quality. The pizza was perfectly cooked, with a flavorful crust, good-quality ham, and melting mozzarella. The other dishes were also very good and prepared with care. The value for money is excellent. The prices are quite reasonable considering the portions served and the quality of the food. It's the kind of place where you leave with a full stomach without feeling like you're paying too much. Another very welcome feature: the dining room is air-conditioned. During the intense summer heat, this is a real comfort, allowing you to fully enjoy your meal in a pleasant atmosphere. What we particularly loved was the restaurant's authentic atmosphere. Unlike some very touristy establishments by the sea, here you don't feel like just another passing tourist. The welcome is genuine, the service is attentive, and you can feel a real desire to please the customers. In short, Chez Zète is an excellent restaurant in Le Lavandou that we wholeheartedly recommend. Between the quality of the dishes, the generous portions, the reasonable prices, the air-conditioned dining room, and the impeccable service, everything is in place for a wonderful experience. We will gladly return on our next trip to the region.
30/06/2026: A truly authentic restaurant with excellent chefs. All the dishes are good, whether à la carte or as daily specials. Far superior to most of the restaurants on the seafront.

07/06/2026: We booked two balcony rooms facing the sea at the end of May. A superb family-run hotel. The restaurant is excellent, with superb home-style cooking. The welcome was fantastic. The beach opposite the hotel is magnificent. We had a very pleasant three-day weekend.
26/05/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel but came for dinner on the rooftop. A superb evening! Despite the crowd (it was fully booked), the staff was fantastic: attentive, friendly, and efficient. There were five of us at the table, and everyone was delighted with their respective dishes. A limited menu, a testament to quality, and a real mastery of cooking techniques—simple yet delicious. The view is stunning, and there was a wonderful atmosphere that evening. Thank you and congratulations on your enthusiasm!
