Excellent meal and a very warm welcome from the staff.
We ate very well: pork abanico for me and nuggets for my daughter (who loved them!), followed by a small rum baba for dessert.
The terrace was very pleasant.
The only slight drawback was that the restrooms are outside.
We returned to this restaurant in March 2026 and were just as satisfied. We ate very, very well; it was delicious. And a special mention to the waitress, who was incredibly kind; it was a pleasure.

A timeless moment… You come to L’Absinthe to enjoy yourself. You’re not served as soon as you arrive for one simple reason: here, they cook… it’s not microwaved or frozen food… it has flavor and it’s not bland.
The terrace is a haven of relaxation; here, people respect each other.
And what can I say about the service? With them, that word truly has its full meaning. You feel listened to; they are so kind and polite, a quality you rarely see anymore.
We truly had a wonderful time!
And we’ll be back ♥️

A spontaneous lunch on our way back from the weekend.
What a lovely surprise this sunny terrace was, and thank you for the very personalized welcome! A complimentary glass of wine for a more than reasonable wait, and above all, dishes that were as delicious as they were beautiful.

Passing through La Garde-Adhémar, we booked lunch at this restaurant.
The food was very good and varied, from calf's head to grilled prawns and other dishes; everything was excellent. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. We had a lovely time.
