Impeccable service. Despite the restaurant being full, a solution was found for six people. The dishes lived up to expectations...the meat was cooked to perfection, and the staff were friendly throughout the meal. I highly recommend it!

L'Absinthe restaurant has become one of our go-to spots in the region, a place we never miss on any of our trips to the South. The cuisine is delicious, local, and generous; the welcome is warm and friendly, whether you're a regular or just passing through; the service is impeccable; and the terrace is wonderfully pleasant, even during heatwaves thanks to their misting system.

We were received with great warmth and in a friendly atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. The food we were served was also delicious 😋
