L'Accostage sur Ouistreham

The order took a long time even though staff members went ahead of us. The staff's friendliness needs improvement. They didn't even bother to say goodbye, even though several employees walked right past us as we were leaving the establishment.

Very good and pleasant restaurant, great atmosphere and very reasonable prices

We had already visited this restaurant once before and absolutely loved the experience; it was fantastic, which made us want to come back. However, we were quite disappointed this time. A concert was scheduled for that evening, and we weren't informed of it when we made the reservation. We came with our 3-month-old baby, and the noise level was unfortunately very high for such a young child. We completely understand that a concert might be organized, but we simply would have appreciated being informed when we made the reservation so we could have chosen a more suitable date. Furthermore, our burgers arrived cold. Given the volume of the music and the situation with our baby, we preferred to eat quickly without complaining at the time. It's a real shame because our first experience had been excellent, and we had very fond memories of the establishment. We hope that these comments will be taken into account, particularly regarding informing customers when a noisy event is planned.

We had a lovely evening, the four of us, at L’Accostage, a nice restaurant. The food was decent. A big thank you to Daniel for his professionalism and kindness! 👏

Seeing that L’Accostage only had 3.7 stars, we were frankly hesitant. We were simply looking for a place to enjoy a waffle late in the morning with our two-and-a-half-year-old son. But what a wonderful surprise! We received a very warm welcome, and the staff kindly agreed to serve us a waffle and a crêpe even though it wasn't yet their usual time. They were so good that we returned a few hours later for lunch. I chose the Italian-style beef tartare: quite simply one of the best tartares I've ever had, perfectly seasoned and delicious. My wife loved her galette. The desserts were also exceptional: an absolutely incredible Mont-Saint-Michel sundae, an excellent Salidou waffle, and top-quality ice cream for our little one. And a special mention goes to their whipped cream: we had already tasted it that morning in a Liège coffee and a Liège hot chocolate, and we found it again on the desserts. Honestly, it's probably one of the best whipped creams I've ever eaten. It's incredibly generous, dense, with a real creamy taste and a firm texture that holds its shape perfectly. It alone is worth the trip… you could easily eat a whole bowl of it! The real bonus for families is the bouncy castle and mini-golf right next to the terrace. The staff were even kind enough to let us wait so we could be seated at a table overlooking the bouncy castle. Our son was entertained throughout the meal while we enjoyed a truly pleasant moment, all the while keeping a constant eye on him. The setting, facing Ouistreham beach, is superb, the prices are quite reasonable, and the service was impeccable from beginning to end. We had read some comments about the restrooms. For our part, they were clean every time we used them, and we even saw the staff cleaning and restocking them regularly. A little anecdote: one of the waiters has a striking resemblance to Ralph Fiennes! Besides being extremely friendly and welcoming, he greatly contributed to making our visit even more enjoyable. A little nod that will bring a smile to the actor's fans! We really don't understand the 3.7 rating. We very rarely post Google reviews, but this time we wanted to support a team that truly deserves it. A huge thank you to the entire team at L’Accostage: we will definitely be back!

We were very happy with our visit (July 29th). The products were very good and my husband loved his strawberry tart. We will definitely be back.
