Ladurée sur Serris

Average service, cardboard cups, average pastries. There was a time when it was very pleasant to enjoy one's tea or hot chocolate in a beautiful porcelain cup.

Each one was so delicious! The employee was incredibly friendly. He doesn't speak French, but he explained everything to me, including how long they would keep, etc. I let him choose, and he included some truly incredibly delicious macarons. I would recommend a visit to everyone; it's unbelievably delicious! ❤️

I had high expectations when visiting Ladurée, especially because it is such a well-known place in Paris. I paid €21 for a cake and a coffee, which is quite expensive. For that price, I expected the service and presentation to match. Unfortunately, I was served on a paper plate with wooden cutlery, which I found very disappointing for a place like Ladurée. The cake and coffee were fine, but the overall experience was not worth €21. I simply expected more from such a renowned café.

Macarons were great, coffee aswell, but what disappointed me the most was the paper plates and paper coffee cup for the price, I was previously in other Laduree cafes all over the world and I have never experienced this.

Small but well-kept space inside the mall. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, and spoke good English. I picked four macarons pretty much at random, just to try them, and they turned out to be some of the best I've ever had. One was the Marie-Antoinette (black tea, rose and citrus) an odd combination that worked really well. Good experience overall, looking forward to visiting again soon!

A bit expensive but worth it Especially for a gift

Very tasty, but at correspondingly high prices.

Very good products, super professionality
