McDonald's sur Serris

A big thank you to the young team member who helped me, being in a wheelchair, with my click and collect order.

It's still a McDonald's, so you'll find the usual products and operations, but the organization clearly needs improvement. The restaurant is very large and extremely crowded, which quickly makes the experience quite complicated. There aren't enough self-service kiosks for the number of customers, and the wait can be quite long. The main problem is the organization on the different floors. There's only one elevator, which means you sometimes have to wait a long time to get up. And once you've picked up your order, you have to carry your tray up to the second floor yourself, because no one really comes to help or bring the orders. I think the restaurant is a victim of its own success and there are simply too many people for the organization to be truly smooth. With more kiosks, better order management, and especially better floor layout, the experience could be much more pleasant.

I went there yesterday, and honestly, it's the first time I've ever experienced clean service at a McDonald's. We sat down, the table was cleaned immediately, the trash drop-off area was well-maintained, and the restrooms were clean. It was a Saturday afternoon, and I thanked the staff.

I always go there when I'm in Val d'Europe. The service is quite fast considering how busy it is. The place is clean. It's a shame the toilets aren't always accessible.

I often go there and am always served by Penyel, with whom I became friendly and who is very cool and smiling, available and quick.

I've had many problems with this restaurant regarding orders, however, they have always managed to resolve them correctly; few places know how to do that.

A McDonald's like any other, with slow food, service that isn't always great, and above all, a lot of noise due to being completely open to the shopping center.

Great visit! Fast service. Overall, a clean McDonald's. Very pleasant employee.
