As someone who travels frequently and shops at Ladurée, this was the first time I was greeted by a charming saleswoman, always smiling and full of good cheer. She even made me laugh, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A warm welcome and excellent service. I look forward to seeing her again. Be careful when buying a mixed box here. The flavors are not clearly disclosed, and what we received was not what we expected.Customers should be told exactly what is in the box before purchase. Disappointing experience.

I recently visited the airport branch of Ladurée in Paris while traveling from the UK, and I had such a lovely experience. I was unsure which macaron flavours to choose, but Yanis went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to explain the different options, made thoughtful recommendations, and even showed me examples so I could decide more easily. His customer service was genuinely outstanding—friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. It made the whole experience feel special and welcoming, even in a busy airport setting. The macarons themselves were, of course, delicious, but it was the service that really stood out. A big thank you to Yanis for making my visit so enjoyable. I would definitely return!
