Overall very welcoming staff
just missing a badge for those who pay for the fitness space
because everyone goes in and out there on Saturdays it's hell between those who film with their phones and others who shout and throw them into the pools to play, a little disappointed in the surveillance of the place
A small eucalyptus diffuser would be welcome for this relaxation area
09/03/2024: 16€ for baby swimmers is extremely expensive, especially since young children don't stay in the pool for 2 hours and there are 2 mats, nothing extraordinary... no course is done so that the little ones have fun. Damage.

06/04/2024: The service is deplorable, rude and unorganized. I got the pineapple mint smoothie drink, ice wasn't added and I asked for ice to be added and this server lady literally insulted me not to abuse the service. This is not my first time in exki. I've been to several. They always ask if we want ice, crushed or as it is. And also she forgot to give me cutlery. Really to consider the rude behavior as it is an airport and touristic area.
05/04/2024: Extremely slow service, everything is very quiet. The hot chocolate isn't even lukewarm. I still had a smile when paying, the deal is saved :)
