25/04/2026: I went last Thursday at lunchtime.
The service was incredibly slow; I waited 40 minutes to be served. My colleagues had already finished their meals by the time I started eating. The spaghetti carbonara was okay, but the fruit salad wasn't great.

15/02/2026: I've been a customer of this restaurant for over 14 years, and every week we have the pleasure of sharing a table with my family.
There are some reviews I really don't understand.
For those who appreciate fresh cuisine and menus made to order, don't hesitate; the rest of you should continue to eat your all-you-can-eat frozen meals.

16/05/2026: It's after 9am, it's 2026, and there is NOTHING vegan to eat. They have a veggie burger on the menu which might be vegan, but they refuse to serve it at this time. Most unimpressed.

29/11/2025: Pleasantly surprised by the deviled eggs served on a bed of mashed potatoes,
I then eagerly awaited the shrimp rougail, but the dish arrived with a musty smell. All I could see were unpeeled shrimp, bland, tasteless rice swimming in a broth they called rougail.
After asking for a container for the shrimp scraps, I noticed a mealy taste.
I left the dish and asked for the bill.
The restaurant owner didn't question anything and gave me a discount on the menu because I hadn't ordered the cheese.
03/11/2025: Nice little restaurant. They cooked the meat perfectly. Homemade fries. Reasonable prices.

27/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at the pool with my son. The pool is very clean and the pools are really lovely.
The only slight drawback concerns elevator access for people with reduced mobility. I asked to use it, but I quickly realized, from the look on the hostess's face, that it was going to be a real hassle for her. She suggested I ask her colleagues to help me up the stairs. No thanks, I found that a bit humiliating.
I think it would be important to make this access simpler and faster, both for people with reduced mobility and for mothers with babies, as the stairs can be dangerous and difficult for some people.
25/05/2026: I come almost every Sunday, but on May 24th I only stayed 15 minutes before having to leave because of the crowds and the rudeness of some people in the water. No one informed us at the entrance that it was too crowded, otherwise I wouldn't have bought my three tickets. On my way out, I ran into a manager to express my dissatisfaction, but no compensation was offered since I paid for nothing. It's a real shame.

10/12/2024: Paul normally doesn’t disappoint. Coffee is good and the tartelette was very tasty. However, the 1 euro surcharge to eat at their place is just ridiculous. There is not even a lot of places to sit, nor is it very appealing.

13/12/2025: Very disappointed with this Campanile hotel. First, the reception wasn't great. Then I was told my room was in another building just behind the main building. Okay, fine, but the receptionist didn't mention that we had to go down some stairs and then up more, and never once asked for help. With two suitcases each, my wife and I found this very inconvenient. Upon arriving at the building's entrance, there were no automatic doors, just old, heavy doors that wouldn't stay open. And this happened twice because it's a vestibule with two doors in a row! Again, with suitcases, this is really inconvenient. Finally getting to the room after this ordeal of carrying suitcases and holding the door open with one hand to have them passed to us one by one was a disappointment. The bathroom tiles were blackened, the floor didn't look very clean, and the whole room in general was in dire need of a major renovation. During the night, the light from the hallway, which remains on, shines into the room through the door frame, which offers little to no soundproofing. There is absolutely no soundproofing.
So, with the light and the noise, we really didn't sleep well.
For the price, it's a disgrace.
We will definitely never return to this hotel, and you should avoid it as well.

01/12/2024: The man who serves is an extraordinary person.
25/11/2024: I was in transit and stopped by for some nostalgia in the form of two macarons. The employee seemed not very happy to be there, which is strangely common at all the Ladurées I’ve been to; but the place itself was pristine, bright, and colorful as always, they seemed to be well stocked, and the service was quick and efficient. Naturally, the macarons were delicious and hit the sweet spot perfectly.
