Lafayette sur Paris

me and my family stayed there for our annual family vacation trip to Paris and it was lovely. The rooms were very nice. The location was amazing. The service was a little subpar because when me and my significant other, went out to go get some food late at night they kept asking us for our key card, but other than that everything else was great.

My bed was 2 mattress bed but did not have a cover, so I kept falling between 2 mattresses. Cleaning times were kinda late 3-5pm.

Had back-to-back stay from Park Hyatt Vendome to Hyatt Regency Etoile. I felt the impulsion to leave a review and say my experience at Etoile is way better than PH, and I am saying this as a long time Globalist who stayed at 10+ PH locations. Staff & Service at Etoile went above and beyond for me, and I am especially appreciative for Tsering at the front desk, for his hospitality and professionalism during our brief interaction. PH Vendome is definitely overrated and overpriced. Stay at Etoile for your Paris experience.

Very nice hotel. Well located with a magnificent view of Paris.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms weren't too big. Great views from the window (I had a view of the Eiffel Tower). Great breakfasts. The only downside was the lack of parking.

I stayed three nights in a row. The room had bottled water, slippers, a bathtub, and a non-wall-mounted hairdryer, which is great by European standards. However, on the third day, the housekeeping forgot to refill the bottled water, and they didn't clear away the empty instant noodle bowl from the table. Also, the breakfast was unchanged for all three nights. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Amazing place to stay, don’t miss the restaurant at 34th floor which will give you amazing view of Eiffel Tower. Also there are multiple restaurants nearby

Fantastic Eiffel Tower view & Exceptional Service from Camilla's team! ​The view of the Eiffel Tower from the room was simply breathtaking. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall behind the elevators, leading straight to Porte Maillot station (Metro Line 1, RER C, E) via Exit 9. It was so convenient to travel around Paris without getting wet, even on rainy days. ​While known as a business hotel, my experience with my son was absolutely wonderful. I want to give a special shout-out to Camilla and her VIP team (Jeanne and Manon). Their thoughtful gifts made our stay truly magical. Their warm hospitality made us feel so welcome. Highly recommended for both business and family trips!
