Passing through on a Friday evening, we discovered this excellent restaurant. The cuisine was high quality, and we tried the very generous cordon bleu with Munster cheese – superb, well-filled, with a crispy breading, tender meat, and perfectly cooked snow peas. The snail vol-au-vent was delicious. The service and welcome were impeccable, and the owner/chef was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend it.
