Excellent restaurant in every way! Highly recommended

Being from the region I knew it was a good address, currently living in Haute-Savoie we made the trip to come and celebrate our daughter's birthday. We were not disappointed, from starter to dessert everything was very good. I think this restaurant is the best address in the Gisors region.

Enjoyed a superb dinner on the relaxing terrace with roomy and well spaced tables. Chef creates delightful contrasts in textures and tastes, such as the curls of raw carrot and sparks of salt and bitter in the brown butter emulsion that contrasted with the tender and sweet peas and impeccably fresh scallops. Gracious and attentive yet utterly unfussy service despite our abysmal French and their minimal English.

Great family moments. Very pleasant terrace. The young people at the service are very friendly and professional. The cuisine... no words... a delight! Parking right in front of the restaurant.

A warm welcome, a cozy atmosphere with Lunch music, in short, everything we needed to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. A new menu, including prawns and a side dish that really delighted the Palace. My wife enjoyed a gazpacho, then saithe, to finish with an excellent lemon tart and a gourmet tea which we shared, the tastes were so delicious and deserved that we both enjoy them. The chef came to greet us in the dining room, which is always appreciated. Being able to exchange appreciations of our taste buds with him and the discovery of the flavors that reveal themselves throughout the meal is really pleasant. This allowed us to congratulate him on his delicious new menu which leaves you wanting to come back.... The team in the dining room is great, smiling and attentive. A great evening spent in “Lair du temps” to which we always return with great pleasure.

A restaurant spotted for many years but the weekend returns from Normandy were in the middle of the afternoon so we didn't have the opportunity to stop but this afternoon we stopped to eat. A real pleasure !!! Refined, delicious cuisine and very professional and courteous wait staff. A attentive and very friendly chef who comes to greet his guests at the end of the service. Very pleasant surprise as a restaurant.

Fresh products, varied menu... The quantities are perfect. The service is great, attentive, attentive and gives good advice. The dishes are well prepared with a balance of flavors worthy of the name! We even got a little attention for my birthday.... Recommended if you are in the area!

Excellente découverte de ce restaurant dans la petite ville de Bezu St Eloi grâce à un couple d’amis. L’accueil est chaleureux, le chef est venu avant le repas afin de pouvoir être sûr de nous accueillir. De l’entrée au dessert, les plats sont très savoureux, présentés avec goût et soin dans les assiettes. Ils sont servis généreusement, on n’en perd pas une seule bouchée. Les prix restent raisonnables pour la qualité. Le service est aussi très bon, le personnel est aux petits soins. Je recommande fortement.
