A very good restaurant within the Domaine de Roiffé. The dishes are well-prepared, the staff is pleasant, and the view of the golf course creates a very enjoyable atmosphere. We had a great meal; the quality was excellent.
However, we found the prices a bit high for what was offered. It's still a good place to eat, but something to keep in mind before booking.

First, the front-of-house staff were exceptional, attentive, and took great care of us, offering a menu with variations to accommodate the dietary needs of our guests. Then, the chef clearly understands, right down to the dishes and seasonings, how to delight his guests with vibrant, crisp, and lively cuisine. The fish of the day was perfectly cooked to a pearly sheen, accompanied by tender vegetables and fresh asparagus seasoned with berries and peppercorns to perfection. The burger was incredibly generous, and even the gluten-free and lactose-free version earned a thumbs-up from the girls, discerning palates indeed! ;) Bravo to the kitchen! It's so rare to find a dining room and chef so perfectly aligned in their approach, creating flavorful and enjoyable dishes! We were won over by the whole experience, and the bill was very reasonable. The restaurant overlooks the calm and peaceful golf course, offering a superb view—the icing on the cake!
