A delight from start to finish, well guided by the one who received us.
Tasty vegetables, pork raised and cooked by the chef with great passion. Very good choice of organic and dynamic organic wines in good combination with the dishes.

We had a delicious time at the Altévic! While passing through the region, we chose this restaurant for dinner because the chef also offers a 100% plant-based menu, and we were not disappointed. We had indicated when booking and upon arrival that we wanted a vegan menu, the chef offered us a tailor-made 3-course menu that was absolutely delicious. Rich in flavors, original, fine, mastered, beautiful and good dishes, copious. And the little extra is the very reasonable price for the quality offered. Thanks to the chef for offering such well-crafted plant-based cuisine! I totally recommend this restaurant!

The chef welcomes you in his extremely bright modern restaurant, you will have the possibility to choose whether to eat at the counter to observe the enormous kitchens or to sit at a more private table.
The service is courteous and reliable, always available and attentive.
The dishes are balanced and with interesting combinations, the quality of the raw materials and the chef's passion are found in every dish presented.
The pairing with wines, strictly Alsatian, is also absolutely recommended. For two three-course menus with a glass pairing for each course we spent 178 euros.
