A huge thank you to Mr. Perrin for this exceptional cuisine, and also to his entire team, who contributed to making this evening so enjoyable. The service was incredibly gentle, attentive, and warm. Mr. Perrin has a wonderful way of showcasing the bounty of the land, from his vegetable garden and the surrounding orchards. He transforms these products with incredible finesse, revealing extraordinary tastes, combinations, and flavors, all within a sublime setting!

24/09/2026: Delicious, authentic food. Friendly service, including some who spoke German. If you're not in the mood for the touristy restaurants in Collmar, this is the perfect place. 100% recommended.
