Delicious, authentic food. Friendly service, including some who spoke German.
If you're not in the mood for the touristy restaurants in Collmar, this is the perfect place. 100% recommended.

Initially, it was meant to be a quick stop on our journey, but we received such a warm welcome from the owner, who took such good care of us, and the atmosphere was so peaceful, that we left late! The setting is typically Alsatian, with beautifully crafted chairs, but what truly stands out is the quality of the meal: smoked wild boar ham prepared by the chef and pork cordon bleu made with meat from their own farm. Delicious! Our next meal here won't be just a stopover; we can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

We stumbled upon this lovely restaurant quite by chance on our way to Switzerland.
The food was truly delicious, and the lady who served us was very friendly and welcoming.
