I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! We had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm, the service impeccable, and the entire team was incredibly attentive. Special attention was given to the chef, who came to our table twice to make sure everything was perfect. This thoughtful touch truly made a difference. The terrace is magnificent, peaceful, shaded, and offers a beautiful view of the village. As for the dishes, they are as beautiful as they are delicious: magnificent plates, generous portions, and bursting with flavor. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

A truly wonderful discovery, both in terms of food and the people. All the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant experience. The produce is fresh and local, and the food is cooked to perfection. The meat is amazing—not a single sinew in it. Restaurant located in a small village in the Ardèche region (Pailhares), an old medieval village perched atop its hill. The service is vibrant, both on the plates and in the taste. I recommend it.

The welcome was fantastic and the atmosphere incredibly friendly; we were received with great kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed the ravioli with Fourme d'Ambert cheese: the presentation was beautiful and it was truly exquisite. A wonderful discovery in Pailharès, we highly recommend it!

Delicious food and a feast for the eyes! This is our second time at this restaurant; this time I tried the vegetarian burger. Absolutely delicious! In short, a wonderful experience every time. The service is friendly and attentive. There's also a lovely terrace for sunny days. We'll definitely be back!
