L'American Grill sur Joigny

22/03/2026: I'm usually quite a complainer about fast food and how slow it is. But tonight, what a pleasant surprise! We were served by a young Gen Zerbocker who was absolutely fantastic, from ordering at the drive-thru to taking the payment and providing excellent service. He was professional, helpful, and friendly, and as a bonus, he even offered us a coffee. Honestly, keep it up, don't change a thing. It's a pleasure to encounter someone so professional. We were there around 9:30 pm.

11/03/2026: As a regular customer and former McDonald's manager, I was amazed by the quality of service and order-taking from Milhane today. He was dynamic, customer-focused, smiling, efficient, and even took the time to suggest a Google review. A team member who deserves 5 stars! Well done!
