We ate there on August 2nd at 8 PM. The staff were quick and efficient. The food arrived hot and good (not lukewarm or cold like in many McDonald's). Special shout-out to the waitress who brought us our trays (with a small ponytail and false eyelashes), she was very friendly and kind (we know these aren't the most pleasant jobs) and yet!

I went to the drive-thru at the McDonald's in Joigny this evening at 9:15 PM. As usual, a young employee was fantastic: smiling, polite, welcoming, and very professional. The order was complete, hot, and served quickly. It's always a pleasure to be greeted with such a cheerful attitude. Thank you to the whole team, and a special mention to this young employee who really makes a difference!
