2 Royal Deluxe burgers ordered: not Royal Deluxe burgers, no lettuce, no tomatoes, and most importantly, no mustard sauce
With every order, there's something wrong.
We were served the full menu without any mistakes, the servers were smiling and pleasant despite the number of customers they had to serve! They were lovely 🙌🫶 I highly recommend them in France to Macron 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️

Excellent experience at the McDonald's in Joigny! The team is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely pleasant, both in the dining area and at the drive-thru. The service is efficient, and the orders are well-prepared. It's great to see such a dynamic team dedicated to customer satisfaction. Special mention to the staff for their warm welcome and cheerful attitude! I highly recommend it! 👍
The young man who served me was unfriendly and cold. The service was poor; the fries and sandwich were cold. I had to ask for them to remake it. Some of the staff weren't wearing the proper uniforms for work. The McDonald's in Joigny is in freefall.
